Your review draft

Came in with a stiff neck that had bothered me for a week. Left with full range of motion and no pain. Dr. Lee explained what was causing it.

An example. The business and answers are made up. Highlighted words are the customer's own.

Happy customers want to leave a review. They just don't know what to write.

The blank text box is the problem, not motivation. Review Cues asks your customer a few quick questions, turns their answers into a review draft, and lets them copy and post it themselves.

How it works

Your customer does it on their own phone in about a minute.

  1. 1

    Scan a QR code

Print the QR code for your business and put it at the front desk or on the receipt. Your customer scans it with their phone. No app to install.

  2. 2

    Answer a few quick questions

A short chat asks what brought them in, what changed, and anything else they'd want people to know. It follows up on their answers like a person would. Most people finish in about a minute.

  3. 3

    Copy and post on Google

Their answers become a review draft they can read and edit. One tap copies it and opens Google, where they choose their own star rating and post from their own account.

What you get

You set it up once. Then you just hear about it.

There is no dashboard to check. Review Cues tells you what you need to know by email.

  • When a review is on its way

Each time a customer copies their draft, you get an email with the text and a suggested reply, ready to paste under the review once it's up on Google.

  • When someone is unhappy

If a customer's answers sound unhappy, you get an email heads-up so you can reach out and make it right. They're still offered the same path to post.

  • Questions that fit your business

The questions are set up for your kind of business, so customers talk about the things people actually want to know.

What makes it different

Most review tools nag customers by text and filter out the bad ones. We do neither.

Built from their own words

The review is assembled from the customer's own answers. Nothing is invented or padded. What they typed is what gets posted.

No filtering, no gating

Every customer gets the option to post, whether their experience was good or bad. We don't screen anyone out.

They post it themselves

The customer approves the text and posts from their own Google account. We never post anything on anyone's behalf.

No text messages, no phone numbers

It starts with a QR code. We don't collect phone numbers and we don't send SMS reminders to chase people down.

No dashboard to learn

There's nothing to log into and manage day to day. You set it up once. Your customers do the rest on their phones.

No contract

Questions

Straight answers.

Do you post reviews for my customers?

No. The customer reads the draft, can change it, and posts it from their own Google account. Nothing is ever posted on anyone's behalf.

Do you pick the star rating?

No. Your customer chooses the stars on Google. The draft never suggests a rating.

What if a customer had a bad experience?

They get the same path to post as everyone else. We don't screen anyone out. You get an email heads-up when a customer sounds unhappy, so you can reach out and make it right.

Does my customer need an app or an account?

No. They scan the code with their phone camera and the chat opens in the browser. We don't ask for their name, email or phone number.

How do I find out when a review is coming?

When a customer copies their draft, you get an email with the text and a suggested reply you can paste under the review once it's up.

Can I offer a discount for a review?

No. Google's policies don't allow incentives for reviews, the FTC's rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465) limits them too, and our Terms don't allow them. Just ask.

What does it cost?

$49 a month per location after the 7-day free trial. The first 50 businesses keep a founding rate of $39 a month. No credit card to start, no setup fee, cancel anytime.
