Privacy Policy

Atlas Logic Systems LLC ("Atlas Logic," "we," "us") operates Review Cues. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. It covers two different groups: businesses who subscribe, and customers of those businesses who use the review assistant.
Customers who use the review assistant
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information. The assistant asks about your visit and nothing else.
What we store. When you finish a conversation, the text of the review draft is stored for up to 30 days. It is stored on its own, with no name, account, or contact information attached to it, and is used only to help the assistant avoid repeating the same phrasing in future drafts. After 30 days it is deleted automatically.
What we do not store. We do not store your name or contact information. We do not create an account for you. We do not use cookies to track you across websites. We do not build a profile of you. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for advertising or marketing.
How the assistant works. Your answers are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI model that assembles your draft, and are handled under Anthropic's terms as a service provider to us. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes your connection and may log technical information such as IP address for security and abuse prevention. That technical information is kept separate from review text and is not used to identify you.
What happens after. When you tap the copy button, the draft is copied to your device's clipboard and Google opens in your browser. Anything you do from that point — signing in, choosing a star rating, editing the text, posting — happens on Google, under Google's own terms and privacy policy. We are not involved and receive nothing back.
Your review is yours. Nothing is posted on your behalf, by us or by the business. You decide whether to post, what it says, and how many stars to give.
Health information. Some businesses using Review Cues are healthcare providers, and you may choose to mention a condition or treatment. We do not ask for identifying information, so what you type is not associated with you in our systems. You should share only what you are comfortable publishing publicly, since the purpose of the draft is for you to post it.
Businesses that subscribe
What we collect. Your name and email address, business name and address, your Google review link, the configuration of your assistant, and billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and the last four digits of your card, not the full number.
How we use it. To operate your account, provide support, send service and billing notices, and, if you have opted in, send occasional product updates. You can opt out of product updates at any time.
Text messages. If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages from us, we may send account, billing, or service notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers. We use Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), Anthropic (AI model), and Stripe (payments). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Retention. Account information is kept while your account is active and for 24 months afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Review drafts are deleted after 30 days as described above.
Everyone
We do not sell personal information. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months.
Security. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and short retention periods. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. Contact us at hello@atlaslogicsystems.com and we will respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children. Review Cues is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes. We will post any update here with a new effective date and notify subscribers of material changes.
