Terms of Service
Effective date: August 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Review Cues, a service operated by Atlas Logic Systems LLC ("Atlas Logic," "we," "us"), a Kansas limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Review Cues does
Review Cues provides a hosted conversational assistant that your customers reach by scanning a QR code or opening a link you provide. The assistant asks your customer a short series of questions about their visit and assembles their answers into a draft review. Your customer reads the draft, may request changes, and may then copy it and open Google to post it.
What Review Cues does not do. We do not post reviews. We do not submit anything to Google, Facebook, or any other platform on behalf of you or your customers. We do not choose or suggest star ratings. We do not filter, screen, gate, or suppress customers based on whether their experience was positive or negative. Every customer who uses the assistant is offered the same path to posting.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the Google review link for your business, and for activity under your account.
One subscription covers one business location. Additional locations require additional subscriptions.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Offer customers any payment, discount, free goods or services, or other incentive in exchange for leaving a review, or in exchange for revising or removing a review;
- Use Review Cues with anyone who is not an actual customer of your business;
- Direct staff, family members, or anyone with a financial or personal interest in your business to leave reviews through the service without disclosing that relationship;
- Instruct customers what to say, request that specific content or specific staff names appear in reviews, or pressure customers to leave a review while on your premises;
- Set review quotas for staff;
- Attempt to modify, disable, or work around any part of the service, including the requirement that customers approve their own review before posting;
- Use the service for any business other than the one registered on your account;
- Access the service by automated means, or attempt to overwhelm, probe, or reverse engineer it.
Violating this section is grounds for immediate suspension or termination without refund.
4. Your responsibilities regarding reviews
Reviews posted through Google are governed by Google's own policies, which may change at any time and are enforced by Google at its sole discretion. We do not control whether Google publishes, retains, filters, or removes any review, and we make no guarantee that reviews collected through Review Cues will appear on or remain on your business profile.
You are responsible for your own compliance with laws and platform rules applicable to soliciting customer reviews, including the Federal Trade Commission's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) and the policies of any platform where reviews are posted. Review Cues is a tool; how you use it is your decision and your responsibility.
5. Fees, trial, and cancellation
The service is offered on a monthly subscription. Current pricing is shown at reviewcues.com. A 7-day free trial is available to new accounts.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, from your account or by emailing hello@atlaslogicsystems.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There is no contract term, no cancellation fee, and no penalty for leaving.
We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, which will not affect your current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
6. Your content
Review drafts generated through the service belong to the customer who created them. You receive no ownership interest in any review your customer writes or posts.
Business information you provide to configure your account (business name, location, review link, and the questions your assistant asks) remains yours. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties including Cloudflare, Anthropic, and Stripe, and may be affected by their outages, changes, or termination of service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, for violation of Section 3, or if we reasonably believe continued service creates legal risk. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may terminate at any time under Section 5.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We make no representation or warranty regarding the number of reviews you will receive, your star rating, your search ranking, your revenue, or any other business outcome. We make no representation that reviews collected through the service will be published or retained by any platform.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS LOGIC SYSTEMS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
This includes, without limitation, any claim arising from a platform removing reviews, restricting or suspending your business profile, or displaying a notice on your profile.
11. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atlas Logic Systems LLC and its members from any claim, damages, or expense arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or platform policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
